Volume discounts: 2% off at 24–47 shirts, 3% off at 48–99 shirts, 4% off at 100+ shirts. Tax is calculated after any volume discount. Specialty inks and rush turnaround are calculated separately. A member of the AB Promo team will confirm final pricing before production.

Logo Digitizing & Setup — $75 One-Time Fee
Before your logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a specialized embroidery file. This process is called digitizing. Digitizing tells the embroidery machine how to stitch your design, including stitch direction, density, sequence, and thread placement.
- ›The $75 digitizing fee is charged once per new logo — not per garment.
- ›The digitized design can be reused for future orders when the same embroidery file is suitable.
- ›Complex artwork, large designs, or significant logo changes may require additional digitizing charges.
- ›Existing embroidery-ready files may not require digitizing.

The rates above cover embroidery only. When we supply the garment, the garment cost is added, so your final price depends on the apparel selected, design requirements, and order quantity. Garment and embroidery pricing are quoted together.
Customer-Supplied Apparel Policy
- ›Garments must be clean, suitable for embroidery, and approved before production.
- ›Certain fabrics, seams, pockets, and garment constructions may not be suitable for the requested design.
- ›Customer-supplied apparel is embroidered at the customer's risk. While we take reasonable care, embroidery involves needles, hooping, and machine handling, and occasional garment damage can occur.
- ›AB Promo will communicate any concerns before beginning production.
- ›Final pricing and production details must be approved before work begins.
