Design Policy
Design pricing is separate from printing and product costs unless specifically included in a written package. Customers must provide final wording, accurate contact information, and usable logos or photographs. Standard projects include the number of revisions listed within their selected tier. Additional revisions, new design directions, or major content changes may require an additional fee. Final print-ready PDF, PNG, or JPG files are supplied based on the project requirements. Printing does not begin until the customer approves the final proof.

Artwork & Design Fees: Print-ready artwork must be provided for all sign and banner orders. If usable artwork is not supplied, a design or artwork-preparation fee will be added based on the complexity of the project. All fees will be quoted and approved before design work begins.
